A2O FÚTBOL — SERVICES AGREEMENT

This Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between A2O Fútbol (“the Program”) — represented by Aidan and Anthony — and the undersigned Parent or Legal Guardian (“the Client”) of the participating child (“the Player”).

1. Purpose and PhilosophyA2O Fútbol provides youth-oriented soccer mentoring, basic training, video consultations, and personalized development plans designed to make soccer life better, safer, and more enjoyable for young players.
Our goal is to inspire confidence, encourage healthy habits, and share real soccer experiences in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.
A2O Fútbol is not a professional soccer academy, nor does it guarantee placement, selection, or advancement in any competitive or professional program.

2. Nature of ServicesServices may include, but are not limited to:Video call consultations (training advice, mentorship, planning)On-field or virtual coaching sessionsWeekly or monthly training plansSkill development and mindset guidance Highlight video creation or reviewAll sessions are designed for recreational and developmental purposes only.

3. Player EligibilityA2O Fútbol programs are intended for children typically ages 6 to 14.
All participants must have parental consent to participate.
Parents or guardians acknowledge that all players are non-professional minors and that sessions are conducted for educational and recreational purposes only.

4. Parental Responsibility and SupervisionAll in-person activities must be supervised by a parent or authorized adult.
Parents agree to ensure the child’s readiness and physical ability to participate.
A2O Fútbol and its mentors (Aidan and Anthony) do not provide childcare, transportation, or medical supervision.

5. Safety and Assumption of RiskWhile A2O Fútbol emphasizes safety and uses age-appropriate activities, participation in any physical activity involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury.By signing this Agreement, the Parent/Guardian:Understands and accepts these risks.Agrees that A2O Fútbol, its founders, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, accident, or health issue arising before, during, or after sessions.Releases A2O Fútbol, Aidan, Anthony, and all associates from any and all liability, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.If a player feels discomfort or fatigue, participation should stop immediately, and the parent should be notified.

6. No Professional or Medical AdviceA2O Fútbol provides peer mentoring and general sports guidance only.
It does not provide professional coaching certification, medical advice, or physiotherapy.
Parents are encouraged to consult a professional coach or physician for advanced or medical-related training needs.

7. Payments and CancellationsFees are communicated in advance and are due prior to scheduled sessions.
Cancellations require at least 24-hour notice to reschedule.
Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited at the program’s discretion.

8. Media and Content Release (Optional)With parental permission, A2O Fútbol may record or photograph sessions for educational or promotional purposes.
Parents can withdraw consent at any time by written notice.

9. Confidentiality and PrivacyAll personal information, communication, and video content related to the Player will be kept confidential and used only to improve the program experience.
A2O Fútbol complies with general privacy and child-safety principles.

10. Limitation of LiabilityUnder no circumstances shall A2O Fútbol, Aidan, or Anthony be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The total liability for any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid for services rendered.

11. Governing LawThis Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America, State of New York, City of Syracuse.
Any disputes shall first be resolved through informal discussion, followed by mediation if necessary.

12. Acknowledgment and AcceptanceBy signing below, the Parent or Legal Guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
They further affirm that their child has permission to participate in all A2O Fútbol activities.
